Brand & Portal Review
Our team conducts a thorough audit of your current Freshservice portal: navigation structure, service catalog organization, knowledge base layout, and overall user experience. We map your brand assets against the portal's current state.
Design Concepts
We create custom mockups showing your portal's transformation. You'll see homepage layouts, service catalog designs, and color schemes applied to your real content — not generic templates.
Freshservice Build
Once designs are approved, we implement everything directly in your Freshservice instance using custom CSS, HTML, and Freshservice's built-in customization tools. Your automations and workflows remain untouched.
Testing
We test across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop. We verify that all service catalog items, knowledge base articles, and ticket forms display correctly in the new design.
Launch Support
We walk your team through the changes, provide documentation for maintaining the design, and offer post-launch support to address any questions or minor tweaks needed after go-live.
